Food Revolution: Canadian Omelette

My favorite meal of the day (anytime of the day)!

My go to recipe:

-2 brown, omega-3 eggs
-minced ginger
-diced onions

Pan fried slowly with coconut oil

Then adding:
-chopped organic kale, spinach and chard
-goat cheese

Fold over then drizzle with siracha & ketchup

MMMMMmmmmm 👌
