So this sunny Sunday morning I decided to make some at home. I realized I didn’t really have the traditional ingredients on hand to make one so I improvised…
The hubby made sunny-side up eggs and hash browns so I used the hash browns as my base.
Then layers on top were (starting from the bottom):
-Toasted mountain grain bread sliced at a diagonal
-drizzle of French’s honey mustard
– a slice of havarti cheese
-turkey bacon slice (halfed)
-over easy, brown omega-3 eggs
-sautéed onions and spinach
-topped with a slight crumble of goat cheese and pepper
