Tried out a new recipe today. I was craving hot wings minus the meat since I’m trying not to eat poultry. I had seen this recipe online so I thought I’d try it out.
– 1 Cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
– Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
– Coconut oil
I preheated my oven to 400° but I think next time I’ll do 350° instead.
Lightly grease a baking sheet with coconut oil and place the cauliflower pieces sparingly.
Let them roast for 25 minutes.
In a mixing bowl add the hot sauce and salt & pepper.
Toss the cauliflower pieces in the sauce until coated well then transfer back to the baking sheet to roast another 10 minutes.
These didn’t last long, they smelled so good and tasted even better! 😋
